Not at all. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, each session is tailored to your individual needs, abilities, and goals.
I bring yoga to you. Sessions can take place in the comfort of your home, condominium facilities, or a suitable private space in Singapore. Alternatively, you're welcome to practice at my location (near Newton MRT).
Yes! Private yoga sessions are commonly held in condominium facilities across Singapore, although rules may vary. If you're unsure whether your condo allows private instruction, I'd be happy to speak with your condo management to check and help arrange it.
A typical private session lasts 60 minutes. The duration can be adjusted to suit your schedule and personal needs.
Simply wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and find a quiet space where you feel comfortable. For our first introductory session, I can even bring a yoga mat, so all you need to do is show up and enjoy the experience. We'll discuss any additional equipment as we go.
Yoga is a broad practice, and it means different things to different people. My teaching draws from Vinyasa Yoga, combining mindful movement, breathwork, strength, and flexibility.
You set the style. Whether you prefer a gentle, relaxing practice or a more dynamic and challenging session, we will find what works best for you.
Together, we'll design a personalised programme based on your goals, experience, and preferences. Your yoga journey is yours to shape.
Yoga can support relaxation, mobility, body awareness, and overall well-being. My approach is designed to help you reconnect with your body without adding more pressure to your day.
Yoga requires no machines, special equipment, or even a particular place. All you truly need is your own body.
You can practise anywhere, anytime, at your own pace. This simplicity makes yoga one of the most accessible and sustainable ways to stay active throughout your life.
Of course, you can — and absolutely should, if you enjoy them — continue Pilates, gym workouts, or any other physical activity.
But learning yoga properly can change the way you approach all of them. By developing body awareness, balance, breath control, and mindful movement, you'll be better equipped to exercise with greater intention and understanding.
Yoga doesn't have to replace what you love. It can make everything else you do more conscious.
I recommend practising yoga once or twice a week, especially when you're building a foundation. The package validity periods are designed with this rhythm in mind, allowing you to progress consistently without feeling rushed.
My hope is that by the end of our 10 sessions, you'll have developed enough confidence, body awareness, and understanding to begin practising yoga on your own.
Of course, we can always continue our sessions together if you wish. But my ultimate goal is not to make you dependent on me as your teacher.
My goal is to help you become your own teacher.
I understand that plans can change, and flexibility is important.
You can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice.
If I ever need to cancel a session, I will always arrange a replacement session at a mutually convenient time, at no additional cost.
Mutual respect for each other's time is all I ask.
